Tue 7/22 the sun enters Leo at 6:29 AM bringing that feeling that summer has truly arrived. Is there someone who is a sun in your life? Show them appreciation. We can all try to be like the sun, radiating light and warmth to a world sorely in need of illumination. Sun sextile Uranus is exact in the early evening offering us glimpses of the future and of liberating opportunities. If our lives have grown hidebound and stagnant we may experience a surprising turn of events. Embrace the change for a revitalizing reset.
Wed 7/23 Venus square Mars is exact in the very early evening. While this aspect can indicate friction between the genders it can also indicate a creative and exciting interaction between love and the energy to make a mark on our world. Squares are like steps. If we make the effort they can help us to rise and to harmonize. What we want to avoid is neglecting either side of the square. Ignoring anger, desires and ambitions for the sake of comfort and pleasure or trying to take by force what can only be found through heartfelt feeling. Those who are in a rut of Mars urges may find that love, beauty and harmony can disappear from our lives leaving only conflict.

Tamra as a child was the girl who would intervene when a bully tormented a weaker kid. Later, she became a noted riot grrrl, then a documentary producer, again championing victims of injustice, then an author and my co-author. She is an amazing human being, the love of my life, and my best teacher, even better than Manly Hall to whom I owe so much. She is improving so rapidly a nurse described her as a medical miracle. Hundreds of her friends and fans are lighting candles and doing rituals and prayers for her healing. Please consider joining them.
